Description
Ancient Iranians built Qanats and Yakhchal to provide and keep water. The first windmill appeared in Iran in the 9th century. Drive to Zanjan visiting Gonbad e Soltaniyeh mausoleum en route; visit covered bazaar.
Day 4, TAKHT-E-SOLEYMAN - TAKAB:
Drive to Tahkt-i-Soleiman for included visit; visit Soleiman Prison; continue to Takab.
Day 5, TEHRAN - SHIRAZ:
Drive to Tehran airport and fly to Shiraz.
Day 6, SHIRAZ:
Full day in Shiraz; visit Naranjestan Gardens, Nazir ul Mulk Mosque and Bazaar.

Sightseeing to Naqsh-i Rustam & Persepolis.

Visit Tomb of Hafez and continue to Pasargade to Yazd.

Drive to Isfahan via Nain.
Day 11, ESFAHAN:
Sightseeing in Isfahan to include Cheheltum Palace, Imam Square, Lotfollah Mosque, Ali Qapu Palace; free afternoon - optional visit to Vank Cathedral in Armenian Quarter.
Day 12, ESFAHAN:
Free in Isfahan.
Day 13, ESFAHAN - ABYANEH - KASHAN:
Drive north to the old village of Abyaneh; continue to Kashan; visit Fin Gardens and Borujerdi House.
Day 14, TEHRAN:
Drive to Tehran; free on arrival.
