Iran Villas and Private Houses

In almost all tourist resorts, particularly religious and pilgrimage cities as well as coastal cities of the Caspian Sea, all kinds of villas and private houses are available for rental purposes in different seasons. To rent these places, tourists may refer to travel agencies or tourists information places.
The cost of such places depends on their location and facilities as well as the season. Generally, the price is according to the agreement between the passenger and the owner or his/her representative. Make sure that the place you rent has a certificate of permission. In case it didn't, you may give the address to the police before renting it.

There are two ways to reserve your villas and private Houses:
a. Reservation after you arrived in Iran:
Soon after your arrival in Iran, you may call us. If there were any villas and private Houses available, you may reserve it then. The Information and Reservation Offices will provide you with the necessary information by giving you useful advices and reserve your desired villa and private House.
b. Reservation before you arrive in Iran:
Having the phone and fax number or email address of the Iranian hotel reservation center, you may contact us and receive the necessary information, and then reserve your desired villa and private House from your own country.
